This sauce has a nice mustard and mild vinegar taste upfront followed by a pepper kick. People call the taste “layered”.  It has a well balanced range of tastes that we chose for barbecue but ended up working on lots of foods like sandwiches and salads, and all types of meats no matter how they are cooked. We have a local restaurant that makes barbecued pulled pork and chicken pizzas with it! Our riders get creative and that’s good with us.
